Weekly & Bi-Weekly

  • In each designated area, waste will be properly disposed of, dusted from top to bottom, floors will be thoroughly vacuumed, and subsequently mopped.

  • Shower - Walls, floors and shower fixtures thoroughly cleaned and rinsed.

    Sink area - Mirrors polished to a streak - free shine, appliances carefully cleaned, countertops free from soap residue, and sink thoroughly scrubbed and rinsed.

    Toilet - Toilet exterior thoroughly cleaned, bowl interior scrubbed, and most stains or deposits effectively eliminated.

  • Stove - Devoid of grease, sanitized, and oven exterior shined.

    Counters - Appliances shined, items tidied up, and surfaces sanitized.

    Sink - scrubbed spotless & faucets shined.

    Major Appliances - Exterior of fridge, dishwasher, and oven shined.

  • Dressers: Surfaces sanitized and mirrors wiped streak-free.

    Windows: Sills spot free & blinds dusted down.

  • Couch - Vacuumed, organized, & swept underneath if accessible.

    Tables/counters - Appliances wiped down, items tidied up, and surfaces spot free.

    Window - Sills spot free & blinds dusted down.

    We’re open to including extra tasks, but not every requested task will be accepted—and not all tasks have to be selected in your service.

  • One-time cleans are considered for visits scheduled less frequently than twice a month. Unlike weekly or bi-weekly services, one-time cleans do not come with a fixed, recurring schedule.

    Deep cleans are more customizable and can include tasks like cleaning inside cabinets, scrubbing baseboards, inside window tracks, and more. The overall condition of the home can also determine if a visit is considered a deep clean, even if additional tasks aren’t requested

What To Expect

  • To help us give you the best clean possible, here are a few things to take care of before we arrive:

    • Clear clutter from counters, sinks, showers, and floors. You can also group items into containers to make them easier to move around. Please have this done before we arrive, not during—it helps us stay efficient and thorough.

    • Be ready within a 30-minute arrival window, or let us know if the door will be unlocked or if a key will be left (e.g. under the mat).

    • Have kitchen trash bags available under the sink or placed near trash cans.

    • Store valuables or fragile items to avoid any accidents or misunderstandings. Yes we will replace broken items if its our fault.

  • We take a lot of pride in our work and strive to exceed expectations. That said, here are a few things to keep in mind:

    • It’s rare, but if we ever miss an area/task, let us know—we’ll make it right with a revisit or discount.

    • We use non-toxic products, which are safer but may not remove every stain (e.g. hard water stains).

    • The first visit might not be perfect from your perspective, but we adjust fast. Our process gets sharper with every clean.

    • We always send a team of at least 2 cleaners, and you’ll always have at least one familiar face who’s cleaned your home before to ensure consistent quality.

    • We’re 99% spot-on—though every now and then, a tiny crumb or hair might sneak past. They won’t survive the next visit.

    • As we learn your space, we’ll finish a bit quicker over time. That’s efficiency—not corner-cutting.

    • We’ll vacuum rugs/mats and roll them up so we can mop underneath—nothing gets left behind.

    • We don’t mind chatting at all—but just know we clean while we talk!

    • If there’s anything you’d like adjusted next time (like more focus on a certain area), just shoot us a message—we’re great at fine-tuning.

    • To keep your space feeling fresh in between visits, simple habits like wiping up spills, splatters, or squeegeeing shower walls can go a long way.

    • We’ll send a reminder before your next clean, but if anything changes, just let us know in advance so we can adjust the schedule.

    • If you’re happy with the clean, leaving a review on Google or Yelp helps our family business grow—and we’d really appreciate it!

  • 1 free reschedule is available every 4 visits; additional reschedules will incur a $15 fee until the next 4-visit cycle

  • Skipping a bi-weekly visit will result in the next being charged as a monthly visit; skipping a weekly visit will result in the next being charged as a bi-weekly visit.
