Pricing for our cleaning services is confirmed during the initial walkthrough for your property. For your convenience, we also offer estimates over the phone. Minimum prices are $150 per visit for weekly, $150 bi-weekly, and $250 for one time services.

We always make sure to bring at least one familiar face to every visit to help maintain consistent quality. While the full team might sometimes rotate, you’ll always have someone who’s been to your home before and knows exactly how we do things.

Minimum amount of cleaners is 2 and all jobs are aimed to be completed as efficiently as possible; an accurate timeline will be provided after initial walkthrough is completed.

We are currently established in Monrovia, CA and have a 10-15 mile radius of accepted work.
Special cases accepted

Yes, we bring all of our own supplies and equipment, including vacuums, mops, cloths, and non-toxic cleaning products. You don’t have to worry about providing anything—except we do ask that you have kitchen trash bags available, toilet bowl scrubbers in each bathroom, and if you request us to use your own cleaning products, they must be non-toxic.

We do not specialize in window cleaning but will be willing to spot clean on each visit. (exterior excluded)

If we miss an area on the checklist, we will provide a discount or head back to correct the error if needed.

We only vacuum but we are partnered with JR Carpet Care which specializes in upholstery and carpet. All Triple T clients are eligible for discounted prices.
